Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using the GFEXP service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GFEXP ("we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use GFEXP:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where the Service is legally permitted

Description of Service

GFEXP is a subscription-based service that matches users with real individuals ("Creators") who provide a personalized girlfriend experience via Apple iMessage. The Service includes text messaging, photos, and personal interaction delivered directly to your iPhone.

GFEXP is not a dating service, escort service, or matchmaking platform. The Service is for entertainment and companionship purposes only.

Account & Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscription & Billing

• GFEXP operates on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Pricing is set by individual Creators and may vary. You will be informed of the price before confirming your subscription
• All charges appear on your statement under a discreet, non-descriptive billing name
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. GFEXP does not store full credit card numbers
• You can manage billing from your dashboard when a billing account is available, or contact support@gfrexp.com for help

Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing portal or by contacting support@gfrexp.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time
• We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any Creator or GFEXP staff
• Share, redistribute, or publish any content (photos, messages) received from a Creator without their explicit consent
• Attempt to discover or share a Creator's real identity, location, or personal information
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Creator Content & Intellectual Property

• All content shared by Creators (photos, messages, media) is their intellectual property
• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view content sent to you for personal use only
• You may not screenshot, record, redistribute, sell, or publish any Creator content
• Unauthorized distribution of Creator content may result in legal action

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using GFEXP, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee the availability, personality, or behavior of any Creator
• We are not responsible for the content of messages or media exchanged between you and your Creator
• GFEXP does not provide professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFEXP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GFEXP in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GFEXP and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
